Subscribe in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar using a private link. Subscriptions are read-only and show “Busy” without appointment titles. Updates follow the receiving app’s refresh schedule.
Anyone with the link can view busy times. Keep it private. Generating a new link disables the previous one; revoking access cannot erase copies already downloaded.
Feed management requires owner/admin access. External calendar events are not imported and do not block this calendar’s availability.
